• Replaced existing chiller plant with two 400-ton, roof-mounted air-cooled chillers
• Installed the new chillers on galvanized steel support platforms and piped to replacement chilled water coils in each air handling unit
• Cross-connected the piping between the two chillers to allow for more efficient seasonal cooling usage and redundancy

The installation also included a welded schedule 40 chilled water piping with associated outdoor insulation, temperature controls connected to building automation system, power and control wiring, roof supports with flashing for outdoor piping and wiring, water balancing and system commissioning.
